RoxClimbs feature

Plan the week. Then see what actually happened.

Drag workout cards onto a calendar, mark sessions done, and see planned versus done, week after week. Connect a watch (wearable sync is in beta) and sessions can check themselves off.

Start from cards worth doing.

Your calendar pulls from a library of sourced workout cards: fingerboard protocols, limit bouldering, ARC, mobility, each with its steps, stop rule, and the coach or researcher it comes from. Use them as they are, or build your own.

RoxClimbs training calendar with workout cards

Done, missed, or moved, without the bookkeeping.

Mark a workout done and the calendar keeps the record. With a synced session (wearable sync is in beta), the matching workout marks itself done. Skip a day and the calendar says so. Streaks and monthly counts show up on their own. The calendar is not a promise you make in January. It is a record of what you actually did.

A plan that checks your recovery first.

With a wearable connected (sync is in beta, apply from Settings, Connections), RoxClimbs reads your synced sleep, heart rate variability and training load, then flags whether today is a day to try hard, keep it steady, or rest. The suggested next workout respects that call. No other climbing calendar checks whether you slept before it tells you to campus.

Questions climbers ask

Do I need a Garmin watch?

No. You can schedule and mark workouts done by hand. Wearable sync is in beta: apply inside the app, and once connected, sessions flow in and check themselves off.

Can I write my own workouts?

Yes. Create your own cards or edit copies of library cards, then schedule them like any other.

What does it cost?

RoxClimbs is free.
